These Terms and
Conditions exist for the benefit of Team Tsunami and its members. Team
Tsunami, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the
account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions
without notice.
1. Illegal activity. Members may not present Team
Tsunami promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution
method that is regarded objectionable by The Tsunami Group, it's Internet
Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any
controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, adult
material, computer viruses, obscenity or Spam.
2. Third-Party Liability. The Tsunami Group will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.
3. Terms and Conditions. The Tsunami Group reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.
4. Membership Fee. The Tsunami Group is free to join. Once a
member becomes familiar with our direction and goals, members are
provided the opportunity to include themselves in the
system. The cost to join the opportunity is stipulated within the The Tsunami Group site under "Our Team Details".
5. Payment Options. We Accept payment only through Cashiers Check or Money Order.
6. Membership Cancellation. Membership at The Tsunami Group is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the
member. The Tsunami Group will only cancel/terminate a membership if it's
deemed that the member is operating in conflict with The Tsumani Groups terms
and conditions.
7. Refund Policy. The Tsunami Group will not consider any
refunds upon receipt of payments. All members are immediately provided
access to e-books and third-party advertising memberships and ads that
are valued at 3 to 4 times the cost to join The Tsunami Group programs. Members that elect to join us, will be provided products that are valued at, or exceeds, the
cost of the membership. Please review the products section
of our site for a detailed summary.
8. Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of The Tsunami Group.
9. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws.
10. Private Information. The Tsunami Group will never
provide personal information about it's members to third parties without
the consent of the member unless required by law.
11. Copyright Material. All branding, logos and
graphics contained within The Tsunami Group are copyright use; distribution
or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. The
Tsunami Group provides members with approved material for marketing within the
members area under "Advertising".
12. Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat,
email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging
to The Tsunami Group and or it's members will be terminated from The Tsunami Group.
Depending on seriousness, The Tsunami Group may deem it appropriate to
exercise legal action.
13. UCE/UBE or SPAM. The Tsunami Group strictly prohibits
the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion
of The Tsunami Group and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven
to be participating in such activities will have their memberships
canceled.
14. Contact Information. It is the responsibility of
members to keep their personal records up to date at the members
area. The Tsunami Group will not be responsible for communication errors due
to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed
attempts to make contact with you may result in a potential loss of
future earnings from the various phases of our program.
15. Taxes. You, the member, are responsible for any and
all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any
income you receive either from The Tsunami Group or any program promoted via
the The Tsunami Groups program.
16. Earnings Disclaimer: Team Tsunami will not predict,
or accurately state what YOUR earnings will be. All references to
potential earnings on this website are used to demonstrate the
potential, and in NO WAY should be used to predict your future earnings.
